I thought of a what-if scenario of those boys seeing what was happening and blackmailing the mom, but it really doesn't feel like it fits at all—as much as I love stuff like NTR.

I think the author should just focus on the story and normal/wholesome scenarios, it's already hard on him to do all this work amount. Most of us are happy he's doing the story this way and not drastically changing everything to make them "pregnant" or "NTR" which would ruin the flow completely.
