*the cut content will almost always be a less polished version than how it would have come out, to focus more on the main animations* in the animation. after the clones were spawned by Utena one of the clones would have felt guilty. The clones noticing the betrayal would have decided to tie the traitorous clone on Ayaka's feet and "torture" her too.
