Sooo... I have a parking space in my apartment, even though I don't have a car... My mom is here all the time so I paid extra for a parking spot so she can park her car

but lately I've seen some people using our parking spot when there is no car there...


do- do u think I should say something...? i was kinda scared and that's when my mom's car is not here so maybe its no problem..? but still I'm paying so like idk I wanted to ask someone but I don't know who to talk to so I wanted to ask you guys what do you think dayo（；u；）

へにゃのアパートって別途料金で駐車時用が契約できるんだけど、へにゃ車持ってないけどままーにゃが停めるから契約してるんだけど最近ままーにゃのいない間に勝手に使ってる人いるんだよね...


でもでも、ままーにゃいない間だしそんな気にする必要ないのかな...？

でもお金払ってるのこっちだし～～って考えてて、ままーにゃは強い女だから多分すぐ解決してくれるかもだけどみんな的にはこういう話題どうだろう～～～って気になったからままーにゃにいう前に相談してみた...！

I think you should tell your landlord about it. You pay to reserve the space, so nobody else should be using it at any time, even if you don't have your own car to park there!

Yes I would Henya. I'd talk to the landlord about it and explain. Even if your mom isn't there it is something you paid for. They are being rude and you should not feel bad. Also BUTTS

How about putting a traffic cone in the parking space when your mom's car isn't there?🤔

1, You or your mom could leave a note on the car/s letting them know the spot is being used. 2, let the landlord know what's happening so they can talk to them. 3, call the tow truck/police. Knowing henya is shy, probably letting the landlord know is the best option.

If you're paying for the space then they're not allowed to use it, otherwise they're going to have to pay the Henya Loan shark tax. Definitely something that should be brought up to the landlord either by you or Mamanya.

今までは大丈夫だったみたいだけど、何か緊急時にままーにゃが停められないのは困ると思うから動いておいた方がいいね。 自分だったら勝手に停めてる車の写真(ナンバー付き)を撮ってアパートの管理会社に相談、後はそのまま対応をお任せするかな(場合によっては違法駐車として直接警察に通報してくださいと言われる可能性もあるけど)。 揉め事は嫌だし面倒だけどルールを守らない人はどうしてもいるから、穏便に解決することを祈ってるよ。

I'd talk to your Landlord about it. You're paying for the spot and should be able to use it at any time. Just because you aren't using it all the time doesn't mean that other people can use it.

you should talk to the landlord about it, you paid extra for the spot, more specifically would be you paid the spot for your mother when she visit, it would be trouble if she arrive and there's no spot to park

I wonder if there is a safe way to mark off the spot, or have it labeled as a prepaid spot? Maybe the person doesn't realize it's a reserved area. I wouldnt worry about confronting them UNLESS they're using it when Mamanya comes to visit.

Sounds Like you need a "Reserved for Henya" sign. If people are still parking their despite the sign, you should take a photo and talk to your landlord. Or you could be a little evil and call a tow truck and have them pulled away.

やっぱ本当に使いたいときに使えないのは困るし、対策はしておきたいよねぇ 直接会わないように対策したいし、管理会社へ連絡とかかな…停めてる人に注意が届くかは分からないけど…
