Updated commission info and status update (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hey guys! I updated my commission info and prepared welcome post for Subscribestar and posted it there, but I postphone posting it here since I plan to add the new Tier where I share future 4K animations but right now I don't have anything to put there so I don't want to create it here yet. On Subscribestar I already had a Tier to use. For this reason I didn't trim the page here yet up to end of June 2024. Also before I Jump into MiSide animation I decided to take care of March monthly requests first. It will be easier to focus on animation project after I have gotten the smaller projects done first.
