Are there any known issues with these links on mobile? I keep getting 504 time-out errors.

The links should work fine. I think 504 time-out error has to do with a problem between your internet and the website.

There seems to be an issue with the platinum link to sync.com. once opened, none of the folder link open.

it seems to be a bug experienced by others as well. Try using a PC or view it as desktop mode

Tried different device, no joy. The gold links work but have not been updated beyond last months' video
