Hello my dear supporters!

Yesterday was the day of the expected ultrasound exam, and the exam ruled out any existence of venous thrombosis. What is happening is this, the blood goes down to the legs through the arteries and cannot go back up through the veins, in some cases these veins rupture (causing the red spots). I'm walking normally. My legs still swell but the pain is no longer as intense and I will gradually be able to return to physical exercise. To conclude, I will need physical exercise and diet, after all, losing weight will be essential in this new phase of my life. Well, I can officially say I'm back to work.

Thank all you for waiting for me and wishing me well.
