Silver Soul

Celty was able to "talk" in season 1 because her emotions were heightened, and she didn't talk so much as her voice was projected to everyone. Also, there is apparently there is a spin-off story featuring Izaya and his recovery, but the author hasn't updated it for many years now. Even though he's a scumbag and his backstory wasn't as in-depth as others, he is still my favorite.

Btw Shinra having Saika there was not him overcoming and using it, Kujiragi lent it to him. It's what he meant when he said if he can ask her for a favour.
