Olga Marie IS younger here. In FGO she is in her mid twenties, while here she's a teenager. While the El-Melloi material states she is 12 here I call bollocks, she looks to be 15 at minimum. So yeah, you could say she is a teenager here which would (mostly) aligns with her being a young adult in 2015 in Chaldea in the FGO timeline.

Answering as always without spoilers. 1. Yep, Olga is younger here. 2. So this are the ranks of Mystic Eyes with some examples you know: -Noble Colors: Pretty much every Mystic eyes that have appeard so far. The generic and simple kind. -Golden: Normally mature Dead Apostles have this rank of Mystic Eyes. -Jeweled: Medusa's Mystic Eyes of Petrification -Rainbow: ...You would meet someone with this rank in the future I guess. 3. The Garden of Sinners talks about Mystic Eyes. Tsukihime talks about Dead Apostles. 4. The thing about Gray disliking her face I think is not something this anime answers. But since I saw a comment of you wanting to read the Light Novel, I will refrain from answering that in case you want to find out yourself. So be careful with the comments because spoilers.
