Nice job, Robin! I like the Little Meg videos; you were super cute! These stock reactions are hilarious. I use stock photos and videos too in my book trailers and on my blog and run across some very weird things. In some of the work-related ones, everybody looks unnaturally happy and smiley. No one at my actual job looks like that; we're just trying to get through the day!

Have you tried ILIA foundation? They have many shades of pale. It is vegan. I'm not sure what they have for oily skin, but give it a look.

i'm really glad i'm not the only one that absolutely hates the makeup destroying "satisfying" footage. it is so wasteful and hurts me to my core. it just seems utterly pointless to me

Korean foundations have worked really well for my pale skin and they are often a lot cheaper/better quality than western brands I have tried! I know that Unleashia, Amuse, and TonyMoly are cruelty free so might be worth a look :)

same as places (or channels) making a redic amount of food for one serving, or purposely doing "stupid food" videos. So many people in the world don't have enough food, yet here are people in the US purposely wasting food that'll go in the trash (although there are times when I buy groceries that, once I paid, I have the urge to ask the cashier if I should just throw it out there, or take it home and pretend I'm actually gonna cook with/eat it this time until it goes bad and ends up in the trash 😅)

yeah just assume any food you see on TV is fake. I know they've used glue in place of milk in cereal ads, and it's never real cheese in pizza commercials (or it's altered. I forget now what they use, but the cheese you get does not stretch like how the cheese in commercials are)
