Finally, in a very tragic circumstance, some acknowledgement that Inara does care for Mal and has feelings for him and Mal found he does have the capability to love. One more episode and then the movie!

My favorite episode of the series. Good casting, good story, great dialogue, a laser gun that works, and one super sweaty and awkward sex scene. It has everything! Guy who wrote this episode was nominated for a Hugo award for the episode and even did a run of comics with Whedon set after the series but before the film (Serenity: Better Days) that itself was nominated for a Hugo award in another category.
