Evening everyone!
Last week's War Movie poll winner was Black Hawk Down. It sounds like Platoon has a lot of love too, so we'll definitely be throwing it on another war movie poll in the future.

Sci-fi won our latest movie genre poll, so... we're going to pick a sci-fi movie to watch that is from the decade that wins this poll! Remember to leave us your recommendations in the comments below, as we always consider those when picking the movie!

Soylent Green from the 70s. Even back then this film portrays a world being devastated by climate change, its oceans polluted with waste; overpopulation and overuse of resources lead to shortages of food and water; housing prices skyrocket to the point only the elite can afford apartments. And the horrific twist no one expected! Even if it never wins a Poll, you gotta watch it.

100%....they need to view this film! It is gripping and mesmerizing at times with its stunnning visuals. I'd say more about what I enjoyed about the film, but then I'll hit spoilers.
