Is your timer synchronized with the video you are watching? At your timer, the episode ends at 1:01:53, so that's when the credits roll. For me, the episode only lasts 0:59:16. What does the timeline say on your HoD video ? It looks to me as if your HoD video is simply running too slowly.

Watching this through a second time I really see it differently. At first I was a lot like you defending Rhaenyra and seeing her as wise and strong in this moment... but now I see it as the opposite. She feels spoiled and privileged, everyone else is doing their duty and she refuses to do hers, she just complains about wanting more and not liking what she has while everyone else has to make tough decisions and massive sacrifices they don't want to for their duty. Her father is literally bending over backwards for her and she is extremely immature and selfish, at least at this point.
