These are all great. All of them will be fun. I do have a soft spot for Before Sunrise though.

Joseph Olson

Haven't seen "Before Sunrise", so can't vote for that. I saw "Hackers" and don't remember a lot about it other than that I didn't like it much. I liked "Pump Up the Volume", but going to cast my vote for "Sneakers".

Eclectic list. Three of these movies I like because they're really good, one of them I like because it's...well, it's a thing that happened. Lol.

Hackers has quotes you will use for the rest of your lives! But take it with a grain of salt; it came out when the average public knew far less about computers, functionally really nothing about any internet, and less than nothing about hacking. 😂 So the filmmakers got away with some shit they wouldn't now. Yet, still not a bad portrayal of hackers, and frankly funny as hell.

Ian Bailey

Seriously... you should watch all four!

Odd Thomas

90s: The Long Kiss Goodnight

It’s a real shame that Pump Up the Volume is likely to lose and get sidelined especially when free speech has been such a prominent and timely topic in the media lately. And Christian Slater come on. I say this even though Hackers is a personal favorite of mine but Pump Up the Volume is something special.

Dan

This is such a great list that... honestly, can we do all of them? Look at the comments and how passionately people speak of each entry! It's only 4...

WastedPo

Agreed. Weirdly, I feel like Sneakers is also increasingly relevant to the world we live in.

Barry

Soldier (1998) and Escape from L.A. (1996)

I refrain from being negative all I can. Had I known they might decide to watch all of these id probably have posted... these are not good movies and given our limited time in life these should be passed over in favor of truly good movies. But what's done is done and I will remain quiet now as each of these reactions comes out.

Anyone who voted for "Pump Up the Volume" or "Before Sunrise" maybe consider a change and help out "Sneakers". Thank you.

Haha, no need! On last Tuesday's poll we announced that we'll be watching all 4 movies! You're all just so good at convincing us to watch the movies you love 😂
