In Darkest Dungeon, and LLE at present, your heroes have a chance to develop a random disease (reflavoured in LLE as pregnancy) at the end of a mission.
Should this be done away with to reduce the breaking of immersion, or kept as a game mechanic so it's easier to find the stranger ones?
