It mostly depends on the character, as well as the model you're using. It's usually a matter of character separation that ends up being the scuffed part, even for normal image sets. This one is a great example. It always wanted to generate Shira with hair, which she doesn't have. Now prompt bald / no hair to solve that issue and it's starts generating a bald guy in like every image where it's applicable. So basically, it's just a matter of the usual AI jank. But like I said, some characters do better than others :/
