Option #1:

Xander/Buffy (Buffy the Vampire Slayer): Instead of Angel, it's Xander that Buffy loses her Virginity to on her 17th Birthday. Only problem is, it awakens a part of Xander he didn't know about, the Incubus part

Option #2:

Hector/Miko (Glitch Techs): Miko and Hector have their yearly competition. Sex during beat em ups. First one to cum loses and Miko has an advantage. SHe can sit on Hector's Lap.

Option #3:

Touma/Misaka Network (A Certain Magical Index/Toaru Majutsu no Index): The Misaka network gets together and decide to reward Touma for saving their lives.

Option #4:

Okabe/Kurisu (Steins;Gate): SERN has no more use for Kurisu once she completed the time machine, thus they gifted her to Okabe for his loyalty (Gamma Worldline AU).

Yeah, I remember you not being much of an anime watcher, right? Glitch Techs I hadn't heard of; apparently it's only a couple of months old. But as an avid anime fan I'm very familiar with both Index and Steins;Gate. I'm a fan of both, and Steins'Gate in particular is one of my favorite shows of all time, whether anime or regular TV.
