Given how the story is moving along. Zoe is the only one that could be far enough for an OTC test to show if it is MC's. Keep in mind we have only seen about a month in-game as it's not even Halloween yet.

It could be Josy as well considering in the first week and dinner date they (if you chose that) ended up sleeping with each other. But until you brought this up I did not consider Zoe. Real possibility. But the Interlude, made it look like Zoe was gone for almost a year while the MC finsihed school. Then MC did a summer job with Josy. So even if Zoe was knocked up when she left the MC, latest would be May. While they are already talking of a Halloween party which is late October. Zoe should be showing SOMETHING by now in the terms of a "baby bump".
