i just experienced a wonderful mind scrub...clearing away distracting noise and hurtful thoughts...replacing them with core, foundational values. Positive values for how i will relate to others...how i will treat myself...and the respect and reverence that i have for Seraphina and the guidance that She gives to me. i shall strive to positively embrace these values, and will let them guide my behavior.
