I was expecting some growth but we deserve a break from OCs for the time being. But here's my guess to Elin's/Lily's mom's next growth spurt; She visits Rena, gets a drink from the fridge, which turns out to be the serum, and voila

I really hope we see Elin grow bigger, especially so if she catches up to her daughters size or even be bigger than her daughter. At least hopefully some kind of growth sequence involving the drink and her going to the gym
