W.I.P #98 - Ren (Patreon)

rises out of my coffin like dracula 
good evening (even though it's like 1PM - i wrote this last night since i was expecting to have it ready sooner). finally got enough progress on this animation to comfortably share it with you guys

so far, so good. took some extra time to redo the rudimentary hair rigging i set up for leah (it's nowhere close to perfect, as im nowhere near experienced in rigging - but it gets the job done). most of the facial animation is finished as well (i may make some slight adjustments, but for the most part it's all set). i haven't started on doing the lighting and scene, though it shouldn't take me very long to do as usual. there's also still a handful of physics-related stuff I've gotta figure out, but it's mostly set up.
in summary, for the most part - this is actually pretty close to being ready. so if i had to provide a guesstimate, it'll probably take me another day or two to finish everything else and do whatever polish needs to be done.

aside from that, i don't have much else to say at the moment, so i'll be getting back to it. should be seeing you guys again soon with the full release for this! enjoy the preview :]

 also, one final update on the mal0 animation (i know i've brought it up like 8 different times now) - i've got the VA work on hand now, so i should be able to have that ready for you guys very soon (along with the long-awaited joke version)
