Matt, you managed to take something so sad and pathetic Eylon Levy’s spokesperson withdrawal and make it funny. I loved that you couldn’t help but laugh as you were singing the song ❤️ This is why I’m happy to be on Patreon supporting you!

What is scary now is how many liberal Zionists will still hold onto the ideal Israel, even acknowledging Genocide and the history against Palestinians. It is, to cross reference Stringer Bell terminology, an elastic ideology. Meaning it can be stretched passed any point of moral justification, but Zionists will still hold onto it. We need to stress that the promise has been broken many times over. For anyone who once believed in Israel, there is a heartbreak in letting go, but that needs to be a possibility. Zionists and the Jewish community at large have to accept that there is a breaking point, or no horrors will be enough.

Also, when Matt first refers to Iran with “what happened there” I imagined him as Little Carmine, and figures like Rapaport flipping out on him like Phil Leotardo, “what happened there? I’ll tell you what fucking happened there! Iran attacked Jews with no provocation!”
