A lot of main characters (well, characters in general) become the most powerful versions of themselves after they fully understand their origins. That is especially true with Bleach. Everyone was keeping secrets from Ichigo, even the one he thought was Zangetsu! Ichigo continually tried to suppress his inner hollow because he mistakenly thought it was something he should hide due to erroneous information he got from "Zangetsu" and others. He was ashamed of that part of himself, which is why his powers have been so inconsistent and erratic. Even Ulquiorra mentioned that, at times, Ichigo's spiritual pressure could jump from below his own to higher than his own due to fluctuating nature of Ichigo's spirtual pressure. Now, Ichigo knows his origins. He has new found resolve. He has accepted all parts of himself. The title of TYBW e13 says it all: The Blade is Me Ichigo's like the perfect combination of his parents. He has his mom's kind nature (even though he tries to hide it behind all that bravado (much like a younger Zoro lol) and strong sense of justice. He also has that brash nature of his father, always diving head first into a problem as well as his dad's instinct to protect others while taking too much upon himself. Makes for a very layered character that's a lot more complicated than he initially seems. Juha Bach taking the powers of Ichigo and Uryu's moms brings new meaning to this conflict. Your reaction to seeing Uryu joing Juha is absolutely priceless 😂😂😂
