I just want to shed some light on Kubo's brilliance in character development. Ohana's speech about Shunsui's zanpakuto girl at 1:47; She describes the girl as being "innocent" like a child playing yet merciless and cruel at the same time while Ohana enjoys relaxing, drinking, watching flowers etc...She's actually describing how Shunsui is as we know a zanpakuto is the essence of who a soul reaper's true nature/soul is. Think about it. Shunsui is lazy, laid back, warm-hearted but when it comes to business he will stand on it with no mercy in battle. We've seen examples of him jumping Stark from behind, and eventually killing Lilinette and Stark even though he may not have wanted to. He's my favorite character for a reason, he's got so many layers to him.
