New video! Raiden and Yae (Patreon)

Hello everyone, I just uploaded a new video. I hope you all like it.

I switched to the newest version of Blender now, so I had to spend some extra time figuring out the new features. Luckily, I got the hang of a few of them and managed to fix and improve some physics before. I shared the physics effects on Discord before, but back then the performance was too bad to actually use it. Now the times of the simulation are finally reasonable, so I can use it now. I’ll drop some example clips on Discord so you can see how it loooks now.

I also tried adding some fluid effects, but the new fluid system is pretty complicated. That pushed things way back. I thought I’d finish last week, but the final simulations took forever to bake and the results weren’t great, so I had to cut a few parts.

Some posts may disappear, so you may need to check the discord for the videos. And some of you suggested it, so from now I’ll also share some progress pics on Discord while I’m working on videos. I hope everyone like it.
