Judy's wardrobe malfunction WIP (Patreon)

Here is a work in progress of another Judy piece I am working on. :>
It looks like The Zootopia City Police Department uniforms are less durable than Judy thought. :S

I was also thinking of adding a little narrative frame that shows an apprehended rascal, maybe a raccoon or a wolf, with parts of Judy's pants hanging out of his mouth.
