The other day Lucy saw a certain punk rat girl sporting a pair of big goth boots so she went out to her closest STOMPY store to get some herself.

Luck would have it that they had a pair her size AND it was even on sale! :>

I'm dying laughing reading all the tags! XD c'mon Lucy, you know you want those clown shoes too. The duality of fops. Seriously though, the boots here are gorgeous! The way you handled the metal is very convincing! Mostly just two colors, but the angle of each section of the boot and how it'd behave to how the light would hit it there kinda defines how and where those deceptively simple darker blobs should be handled. Excellent job! (I'm struggling with the metal issue on a piece rn). 😢

haha, Lucy in clown shoes would look brilliant! :D And thank you for your kind words! :> Even though I just did the boots drawing metal in general is still a mystery to me. If it is super reflective it becomes like a mirror of the surrounding environment but the reflections can get super warped and blobby if the metal bits change form and direction! I share your struggle. 😅 But reference is key as always.
