First Look at the Big Bad Guy of A.I.D.A. (Patreon)

He is watching A.I.D.A.... very closely. Pondering those Orbs, on Aida's chest, probably. 

He is the leader of Order of TECH (O.o.T) or just TECH in common tongue, he is one of the Big Three and he is the BIGGEST! Is he a man or a machine? What are his powers? Is he the strongest? If he is so big and strong, why won't he fight me? 

He is up to something big and he needs what is inside Aida's head to achieve it. He uses his lackeys to do his bidding, but he is no stranger to combat.

His name and his origins are still a bit of a mystery but all will be revealed in time.

You have seen a glimpse of one of his subordinates in game already:

the boobs&balls robot lady, in charge/control of the great booba computer, specialized in hacking!

The third one doesn't have any artwork yet, but he is specialized in weapons, explosives and all that good stuff.
