For this artwork, I thought it would be pretty funny for Elphelt to be against premarital sex. I imagine her wanting everything to be perfect in her ideal relationship. So instead of sex, she just teases you and gets excited at the thought of marriage and what comes after it. Sort of what she's like in-game!
