Update: DMCA stuff (Patreon)

Hey y'all. You've probably noticed that the page no longer has anything n.intendo related, like the banner and the tier icons. And also probably noticed that I deleted a lot of n.intendo related art too. This isn't the first time this happened, but it is the first time I had to delete EVERY single art piece on here.

So what happened was that I got DMCA'd on my NSFW twitter account multiple times. All artwork that got hit were n.intendo characters. I did the usual counter-claims to get my posts back, but what I got back was from an actual representative of n.intendo threatening me to delete the posts and withdraw the counter-claims before Oct 15 or I am liable to pay $150,000 on each post. Out of panic, I deleted every post and sent an email to twitter support to withdraw the counter-claim.

Even though this is only happening on twitter, I have gotten DMCA'd a couple times on Patreon before. Patreon is so unforgiving when it comes to that kind of stuff. I couldn't take the chance of them finding out about my patreon next, so I swiftly deleted any n.intendo material on here. I've never dealt with this kind of thing before, because the last couple times I got DMCA'd were from trolls who would impersonate them to get me to delete my posts. This one is way different.

Moving forward, or at least for now, I will not be making ANY hentai/lewd art of any n.intendo character and post them on twitter or patreon. I will also try not to post any n.intendo content on here, as well. Maybe only the usual WIPs and stuff, but that's really it. So I'm sorry if that will disappoint a couple of y'all, but it was a very hard decision for me to do.

I will still draw n.intendo characters, of course. I love drawing my space queen, Rosa. I just can't really lewd them up for now. I'm hiring a lawyer at the moment to help me resolve this issue, and to avoid that hefty fine they threatened me with. I will probably talk about it more when I'm done resolving it.

As always, I am so grateful for all of your support and know that I never take y'all for granted. I will understand if you decide to unsubscribe because I know some of you come here for that kind of art. I am very sorry for that, but it is the safest choice I have at the moment. I will try my best to continue to make great art for you guys, regardless of the circumstances I'm in. So I hope you look forward to seeing them soon.
