Waifu Lover Tier Update (Patreon)

Hey, i wanted to tell you all that i will be making changes to the Waifu Lover Tier
First now votes will count x10

Second, From now on, you can choose between adding a new outfit to a character that is already on the game every 3 month OR Adding a new character every 6 month (you can for for an example,wait 6 months and add a character, then you wait 3 months and add an outfit to that character, or any other)

The reason for this change is that I want to reduce the number of new characters being added and instead focus more on expanding existing characters
