Genshin 6.1 update (Patreon)

The next Halloween mod is mostly done! I just need to do some minor fixes. However, the most recent 6.1 update interrupted my work. From my understanding, this update is more impactful on the back end of modding than it usually is, so it may take a couple of days to fix everything.
