今日から作業のスピードを上げると宣言していたのですが、トラブルが発生しました。 🙇‍♂️

嘔吐や下痢、そして発熱が止まらず、今日はまったく作業を始めることができませんでした。

（おそらく、口にした食べ物に問題があったのではないかと思っています。）

コロナの時でも完全に作業を休んだことはなかったのですが、今日は座ることもペンを持つこともできない状態でした。

幸い少しずつ回復してきているので、今夜か明日には通常通り作業ができるようになると思います。

皆さんも食事には十分お気をつけください。😭

I was vowing to speed up from today, but I got into trouble.🙇‍♂️

Vomiting, diarrhea, and fever didn't stop, so I couldn't start working at all today.

(I'm thinking maybe there was a problem with the food I ate.)

Even during COVID-19, I didn't rest completely, but today it was impossible to even sit down or pick up a pen.

Fortunately, it is getting better little by little, so I think normal work will be possible from tonight or tomorrow.

Everyone, please pay attention to your meals.😭
