He regularly posts various ai SFW renders of the girls in his stories, and you can post NSFW content on Patreon ofc. Granted, that would require a subscription to an ai render site for like 20$/month instead of free, but thats nothing and would pay for itself quickly (i swear it was a friend who told me the price definitely didn’t check myself 😅😅) However, 3-4 months ago Patreon got really weird about sexual content w/ HP fanfic stuff, and were mass deleting posts containing it. Sometimes even despite disclaimers stating they are 18+ versions of the characters, and the SFW renders depicting adults. Though recently, the issue seems to have resolved itself, because Patreon chilled out the censoring. once authors started positing disclaimers multiple times for post. Meaning there is a much better chance the author could post ai nudes, as long as they have strong disclaimers on every post.
