Very much so. I personally find myself entering a trance like state watching slow hand movements. Not full hypnosis, yet a deep sense of calming relaxation that makes me feel safe and calm (I am diagnosed with Acute Anxiety Disorder, depression and PTSD, it's a long childhood story, and ASMR, particularly hand movements helps me to focus my chaotic mind). ❤️🙏💖🫶👌👍

slow hand movements and face stroking are some of the most comforting asmr triggers imo

This is fine for what it is. Honestly, not my favorite style of asmr vid. But I am sure there are others that would enjoy it very much. I would prefer this more if there were whispers of some sort included, but that's just me. All good nonetheless. Thanks for all you do regardless, Ava!
