i know that it’s just 1 but i am still very happy and proud of myself for sticking with being active for 1 whole month

i looked in the mirror last night and finally felt like recognized myself

not from the 1 lb lost but from the lack of inflammation. i swear my face and neck and honestly just my whole body has been inflamed from allergies / stress idk but im like holy shit i’m starting to look and feel like myself again
