Long read, short weekend (Patreon)

Special thanks to everyone who recently became a member from the latest postings. I wanted to make it clear I don't often take breaks like this. Normally I upload every couple of days. I just felt like taking this weekend off to have the rest I needed to get back into the swing of things. I'll let you in on the goings-ons of Bif's mind lol. We'll go character by character, in no particular order...

HOLLYHOCK: I'm excited to work on her, but I'm aggravated by the disparity between her earliest and latest design. Both have their pros and cons (Earliest being realistic, latest being MEGA thicc) So I have to come up with an compromise I'm happy with before storyboarding her BE animation.

     LOONA: I have tons of ideas with her, but my most ambitious would be her getting turned into an advertisement blimp for I.M.P.

This is such a common idea within the inflation community, I consider it canon lol. I'd prefer to create as close to an 'official' episode in presentation as I can surrounding the idea. But that's later down the line~

     SCRATCH: The idea of him getting inflated HUGE by aliens is FAR too fitting for him, but I may have to start smaller, unfortunately. Maybe a walking/idle animation of him first.

     NIMONA: Animating her at all would be a challenge, because of how lively she is from the movie! But I refuse to give up! I'll either recreate a scene from the movie with her new design, or give her the Scratch treatment.

     MAMMOTH MUTT: I feel like I owe this character a proper tribute for how big a fan of her I was growing up, but I haven't the foggiest idea how. As a character who can predictablly inflate, she doesn't exactly play to my strength of my spontaneity, so that drains the excitement somewhat. But don't worry, I'll think of something eventually~

      GUMMIGOO: Hopefully I don't make his animation look so samey. Despite my habits, I still like to make my inflation scenes differ a little bit from project to project. I don't want him to blow up just like an older character painted green LOL.

(Later characters down the line)

JUILIUS: I'll be honest, I'm unsure about drawing him anymore. People barely voted for him, and I still haven't thought up an idea for his animation even so long after first sketching the handsome boi. Oh well, perhaps I'll watch Centaurworld again and be in the mood~

    PINKIE PIE: Now here's a character who's just DEMANDING an animation done of her, more than 1 maybe! What's tough though is redesigning her and animating in the hasbro style.

I have so many redesign ideas for her, but can only land on one. ALL of which involve big butts~

Pencil2d may be limited, but I still like to draw in the same way as the source material, right down to the flash. So who knows!

     SCOLIPEDE: Same story as Pinkie Pie, I'm bad at anime and they have too much potential for a definitive sexy redesign lol. Count on me to try though. You may see some sketches of both them and Pinkie Pie~

     NICOLE WATTERSON: Each and every animation idea of her already has a whole minute's worth of audio made for it! I would release the audio now if she wasn't so deprioritized. It would be unfair to listen only to make you wait a long time before another update. If anyone really wants to hear it though, lemme know.

     STOLAS: This bird's voice, above all else, is what drives my want to inflate him. Should he ever get an animation, it will absolutely have audio. I already found tons of adorable muffled noises that sound just like him, that I desperately want to make use of~

      BERNICE: Same story as Stolas, I have lots of voice lines of hers that sound PERFECT for an episode! She plays so well into my style, it's deceptively easy thinking up ideas for her.
