Writing this part is weirdly therapeutic for me because, like Ben, my mind tends to race and decide what other people think about me and those thoughts are ALWAYS the worst-case scenario. Verbalizing that anxiety and bubbling out an explanation like word-vomit after I have thought WAY too much about it already. Don't worry Ben, it will be ALRIGHT.
