Potter is a UK rap legend, Purple Rain is 10 years old and is one of the songs that put him on the map. Definitely check out his 2023 album Real Back in Style Also singles 2020 vision freestyle, Trench P, A6586AM You will get very raw authentic storytelling with great writing, Real Back in Style is very polished and well produced.

Ab Soul actually also attempted suicide himself by jumping off a freeway overpass during the pandemic. Definitely should give his album Herbert a listen! He recorded most of it before the attempt and some of it after
