This thursday I go in for biopsy on the moles to determine malignancy, etc.

This past week has been an incredible (and excruciating) journey of self-exploration. Faced directly with my own mortality, perhaps sooner than desired, I have had to answer some core questions about my existence. I have some of the answers. There are no secrets or magic tricks, just mindset. I hope I can show as we move forward that this time has not been spent idly. I asked the universe for the ability to help others overcome pain. The universe has obliged by giving me pain to overcome and saying "you wish to preach - here's practice."

Push into the pain, but be patient. You can break yourself worse in the fixing than you were at the start. I learned this by fully dislocating two of my ribs trying to iron out a problem in my hip. I have experienced incredible pain putting those ribs back, and it is 100% my fault. Stupid, but a powerful learning experience.

There are other lessons. I'm getting to the point of rebound, where having stopped speaking so much for a little while, the ideas have begun to build up. I expect a directed flood of creation soon.
