If you go back a season to watch "Eminance in Shadow", you might enjoy it as well as a "shitty Harem Show"

Tbh calling EiS a "shitty Harem Show" is a huge disservice. The show is incredibly entertaining and the harem (?) aspect is the least important of it's attributes.

@YaBoi EiS may be more self aware than other shows that share its genre and it even plays with that quite a bit but its not a konosuba or monogatari in the sense that it escapes the trappings of its genre and peer's. It is absolutely still a shitty harem and power fantasy show its just more aware than most of them or less reliant on those things to carry it, that doesn't change what it is though which is a very low brow and mostly generic harem/power fantasy. Hell even most fans of EiS acknowledge these things so you don't have to take it from someone like me who it didn't resonate with at all.
