I don't like doing that, it'd be kinda mortifying to find out someone drew you pregnant without them knowing

I think if it's like a popular enough person, It wouldn't be too bad. If it was some random person, then yeah maybe. You could always make an OC that's HEAVILY inspired by said individual, but safely covered by the "new OC" blanket, and the "any mentions or resemblances to real people is purely coincidental" type beat. But if it's who I think it is, I'd love to see your art of them!

It definitely depends on whether they've said they are comfortable with that sort of thing. I'd say if you do draw it, probably don't post unless you're prepared for them to see it.
