Due to YouTube's policies and the journey of re-monetization, I had to make the difficult decision to permanently remove several of my videos and streams. I fully understand that this one video, in particular, has provided comfort to many of you. It contains words that I believe are essential to hear, especially when you're feeling lonely and need a bit of comfort.

After some thoughtful discussions with the senseis, we decided that this video is the only one that could be archived from the recent uploads and streams. I really grateful to still have the opportunity to share it, even if it is only here. I hope that those who listen to it will continue to find comfort. Please remember that you are never a burden to anyone and just because you bear your burdens well, it doesn’t mean they aren’t heavy when carried alone.
