So glad you enjoyed MoS! I didn't realize that Christopher Nolan co-wrote it with his wife Emma Thomas, but it makes sense since their company Syncopy produced it, and also why Hans Zimmer did the score. It explains why it's such a bold script departure and much more realistic. I like Adam's Lois much better too! She has agency and is a real partner to Supe. I hope you consider Wonder Woman, Batman vs. Superman and Justice League (Snyder Cut) which make a complete set with MoS. BvS is based on a famous graphic novel written by comic legend Frank Miller.

While Reeve will always be THE Superman... Henry is my next favorite. I have come to "not mind" this movie but I still recognize that it is very flawed. The best way to sum up those flaws is Clark letting his dad die, that was just stupid and needless. The lesson of not being able to save everyone was handled much better in "Superman: The Movie". Sorry... but Amy Adams was terribly miscast Lois and the more times I have watched this movie the less I like her as Lois. As with most "modern" movies this was more "style" over substance. Still, I love Henry, I just wish they wouldn't do him so dirty! He should definitely be the next Bond and if you need proof just check out his Solo character from "The Man From U.N.C.L.E."
