KEKU WHY IS THERE A [DUAL TONE FACE] VERSION??????????

- Ok, so namekians have faces with two skin tones, the game automatically changes the forehead portion of the head when you change the mouth BUT that cannot be done in AWOKEN SKILLS!
- Because of that, i added a separate skill that works the exact same with the difference being that it will load a mouth with the secondary skin color in case your character needs it!

IDs for experienced users:
400 Face_Base ID for regular face
401 Face_Base ID for dual tone face
