There IS that one Namekian Headpiece that looks sorta like Syn’s head horns. Could make it apply those

Make it one of those open namekian heads, that have the frieza race gem thingy, and make the gem thingy into a dragon ball

I'd honestly say leave it the same as the base from head to be 100. Syn's head didn't change much when he became Omega, unless I'm remembering it wrong.
