You need to use Alfq's Sword movesets for the moveset version to work:

The "Static" version doesn't work with movesets but also does not require you to have a sword moveset installed, for those who like to carry swords just for the looks'

I had the sword.. the wings.. it was a no-brainer mashing them together!
