My reaction to Angel Season 4 Episode 18 "Shiny Happy People".

The Woman A.K.A. Jasmine, who was born to Cordelia, has the amazing ability to turn everyone she meets, including Angel and the gang, into loyal disciples dedicated to carrying out her every command. Only Fred is able to see that Jasmine's radiant beauty hides a sinister and powerful secret the others refuse to believe.

The Jasmine arc is my favorite part of Angel, it sucks what we’ve seen Cordy go through this season but at least it has a good payoff, this storyline feels so Buffyverse.. could you imagine something like this happening in Sunnydale 😮‍💨

This story arc freaks me out. Here the themes are "on the nose", but when the episode ends, find something else to distract you. Don't think about it too much. It's just a TV show. And yet, a cautionary tale as old as time. Season 5 please!!!

The guy that tries to kill Jasmine, that Angel beats the hell out of, that's Sam Witwer from The Mist, Dexter, and voice actor for Darth Maul in all the animated stuff. Jasmine is so insidious, love it. Bitch, you saw it looked like Cthulhu and you thought it was good? And the insta-love thing? lol You ain't surviving fellow yellow lol
