When I try to download the zips and open them on my phone they say there's nothing in there to extract

Yeah I've never used WinRAR how would I get certain .zips to transfer to there to open them?

it tells me that the files are corrupted after ive extracted them. ive tried multiple times.

You just need to download and install it, then you can open it directly with WinRAR. It will prompt you to enter the password, and after that, it will open normally.
