Please read if you've downgraded your backer tier! (Patreon)

Hi all - we are in the process of getting your physical rewards out to you all and encountered an issue with the data available to us via Patreon's interface. Basically, it will only provide us with a list of people who would receive a reward at their current tier or who cancelled their membership from that tier. It does not provide us with an easy way to find people who have previously backed at a given tier and reduced their pledge, including to the free tier.

I have not heard back from Patreon support about this, and I want to make sure everyone who ever backed at a tier gets the rewards they were promised, so I need your help!

If you have previously backed at a higher tier than you are currently at that offered physical rewards and have since lowered your pledge, please send us a message letting us know! We can confirm via the Patreon back-end, but this way we don't have to go through the pledge history of literally every backer ever.

Sorry for yet another delay here - just trying to do right by everyone, and Patreon is not making it easy for us with their interface.
