When I first saw this ep., I was soo :O shocked. Cuz like so much happened and SOO Fast. BUt also, Nice jumping off was like. The biggest shock ever. LIKE!! When he was walking towards us, there were the doves. I thought he looked SO ethereal that I had to pause the episode there. Just to stare at him a bit longer. I was so “omg, he’s gonna be my man, isn’t he?” I mentally got myself ready to stan him ... and then I clicked continue… and he jumped IMMEDIATELY AFTER. There was NO breathing room in between. Nothing has made me feel more betrayed faster. I am still not over this. How dare this show do this to me!! >:((((( Anywaysss I'm so excited for this show to continue :D !! Gonna be very normal as I wait for the week. :DD !!

It's awesome to see you react to this series and I'm looking forward to your reactions and discussions! Just a heads up, there are some "lost in translation" with the Crunchyroll subtitles due to localizations and how the translator didn't know the context at the time (there aren't anything significant in EP1), and they can't be fully explained without spoiling future plots, but you'll be fine for understanding the overall story on your first watch with the Crunchyroll subtitles. Wuxia i have read: Smiling Proud Wanderer. It’s a classic that has a home in the bathroom as reading material for Husband. I did read it in a fan translated copy and it was ok. It does have a lot of martial arts in it. It does remind me of every manga or battle anime. It’s the blue print for a lot of these stories along with other mythology. Just my two cents on wuxia. I have watched a few episodes of To Be Hero X and I stopped when you said you were going to watch it! I have been waiting and now I can watch it as you watch it! Such fun! As far as the OP, wise move to not watch it just yet. I can say that I love the song and downloaded it, it’s a very good song! There is a music video with just the singer live action, no animation. But I think it still gives a lot away with the lyrics. Maybe. I will tell you the title of the song, Inertia. Whiteboard Kun is definitely going to get a workout with this series! I have not watched Link Klick because I refused to pay for Crunchyroll. When I first heard if it, it was on Bilibili with some English subtitles… I do need to watch it. There are a few “Superhero “ anime out there that I actually like. My Hero Academia is not one of them. ( I have seen 5 seasons of it) I think I’ve mentioned this one before, but Tiger and Bunny is fantastic! It does a great job at the economy of being a superhero that this series kinda reminds me of. I am slowly, very slowly collecting the Tiger and Bunny manga. I need to put more effort into that. (3 out of 9 volumes collected) I believe that series is on NETFLIX in case someone is interested in watching it. The series is from 2011, so it’s older. What an ending though! Great analysis and picking up the details! As far as stories like Wuxia and Xainxia, it was a bit odd hearing you pronounce these words. No worries though, I always wonder when I speak Chinese, if I sound not native. I can’t really speak it with any proficiency, but I hear it all day long. To me it sounds like home. So thank you for not playing the Japanese dub and keeping it in the original language. I am looking forward to the next episode! Cannot wait! Felt this kinda rambled…. Oh well!

It's finally here! I'm so excited!!! I haven't been watching anime for all that long, but I remember that soon after I got into it the first trailer for this show dropped, before I knew anything about Link Click, and I started waiting for this show to come out. It took a few years, but finally been able to see it last year was a really cool experience for me. This first episode was crazy, and I loved every second of it. It's crazy how they made Ling Ling so easy to like. And it had so many great little twists. Gosh, the animation of this episode was so freaking. They way they made the different animation be so involved in the storytelling and transmit so much about the characters is beautiful to see. It's just so dynamic and fun to watch.

Yes, I am SO hyped already!! I love that we have a tie-in to Link Click while we wait on Season 3! 😛 This episode is WILD - what a great pilot! And yes, Lin Ling is so easy to love, too – and I cannot wait for the twists! The animation is so goooooood! This will be a fun ride! Thank you for the comment and watching with me!

I totally get not wanting to pay CR! But Link Click is good! I think it’s on Billibilli and it’s a great mystery thriller! That’s all I can say! I NEED TO SEE TIGER AND BUNNY! It’s actually on my list for sure! At some point? Going to happen!! Because I heard about it last year and want to see it! So, NOTED! Yeah, MHA is pretty good or was especially at the start of it – not my favorite, but I need to just finish it at some point haha! I do really like some characters in it. But I grew up with DC Comics my dad would get me from the grocery store - usually Batman or Justice League and then I got into Spiderman and X-Men comics in high school. I am…not great at pronouncing Chinese terms, but hopefully I don’t butcher them beyond belief! But yes, I really want to stick with the OG language if I can help it and I’ve come to enjoy donghua subs a lot so I’m very excited!! And rambling?
